As a forward-thinking workspace provider, we believe our role extends beyond just fostering our business community and into the wider community too. We look forward to fostering positive change and supporting causes that resonate deeply with our team. We are delighted to announce our support for the following two charities, through donations and fundraising activities throughout the year.
Woolwich Service User Project
Humanity in action in the community.
Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity whatever their situation. Woolwich Service Users Project (WSUP) is a grassroots charity that provides practical and
emotional support to those seeking help in our community.
They support people who are going through, or are at risk of, poverty, homelessness, addiction and any other life challenges. They offer essential services including a warm, safe drop-in centre where people in need can access hot meals, showers, haircuts, a laundry service and a clothing bank. Their aim is to make their guests to feel part of a community that values and cares for them, and supports them to create a better future.
Evelina London Children’s Charity
As one of only two specialist children's hospitals in our capital, Evelina cares for more than 104,000 children each year at their hospital and across their South London community sites. Our Gunnery Works team members, James and Sam, have experienced firsthand the transformative care of Evelina's when their daughter, Lottie, needed cardiovascular treatment.
This charity supports Evelina London Children’s Hospital by funding the following:
