Gunnery Works creatively designed warehouse-style space is home to a growing community of thriving businesses. We aim to create a professional yet personal environment where companies of all shapes and sizes can flourish.

 

We work hard to create a welcoming atmosphere and pride ourselves on positivity and transparency. Significant investment in the site over the last year has enhanced both building sustainability and tenant satisfaction.

 

Community sits at the heart of our offering. Our recently launched Gunnery Perks programme incentivises tenants to collaborate and support each other. We also prioritise local suppliers and aim to give back to Woolwich through our charitable associations.  

 

The secure location is a five-minute walk from Woolwich Station on the Elizabeth Line and capitalises on strong road links. The area has benefited from substantial heritage led regeneration over recent years.
